Is there an admission fee?
No. Admission is free.
Will the festival be held if it rains?
Yes, the festival will be held rain or shine. In severe weather, the program or layout may change.

For Vendors
Is there a vendor fee?
No. There is no vendor fee. The festival is run as a commissioned project.
What kinds of food vendors can take part?
No temporary business permit for the venue is required for this festival (confirmed with the public health center). Once participation is confirmed, vendors must email a copy (a photo is fine) of their business license (or business notification) to the Festival Office (shiiko-a@hot-okinawa-ri.jp), regardless of whether the items are sold at room temperature or refrigerated. Details are provided with the selection results.
Can I take part with a food truck?
Food trucks are not part of the open call for vendors. The organizers contact food truck operators directly.
How can I apply?
Vendor applications (first and second rounds) closed on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. First-round applicants were notified on September 29, 2026. Second-round applicants will be notified in mid-October.
