Privacy Policy

Personal information provided to us is used to select vendors for the Nuchinuwa Jomon Festival, to contact them, to run the festival on the day, and to introduce vendors. The festival is operated by Hot Okinawa Research Institute Co., Ltd. on commission from the Chatan Town Museum, and the company manages this information appropriately.

Of the information provided, the vendor name (shop name), introduction and social media accounts may be posted on the festival website and elsewhere after selection. Except where required by law, personal information is not provided to third parties without the person's consent. Information collected is disposed of appropriately after the project ends.

For requests for disclosure, correction or deletion, or for other inquiries, please contact the Festival Office at shiiko-a@hot-okinawa-ri.jp. Personal information in this project is handled in accordance with the Chatan Town Personal Information Protection Ordinance and related laws and regulations.
